Board of Directors Meetings
The Tri-County Ambulance District Board of Directors meets at 5:30 p.m. the second Wednesday of each month at district headquarters, 1703 W Highway 116, Plattsburg.
The board complies with all requirements set forth in the Revised Statutes of the State of Missouri regarding governing and operations of ambulance districts, the posting of meeting dates, times and agendas, and the manner in which meetings are conducted. Meetings are open to the public unless otherwise posted and closed by due process in compliance with the Missouri Sunshine Laws. The public is encouraged to attend.
Pursuant to Chapter 610, RSMo, the board of directors will not take action on any public comment that is not related to a current agenda item, unless it is of an emergency nature. To be placed on the agenda for a future meeting, call headquarters at 816-930-2124 no later than the first day of the month during which you wish to speak.
Meeting notices are posted on the front of headquarters, visible from the exterior, not less than 24 hours prior to regular and special meetings, unless the meeting is of an emergency in nature, in which case notice will be posted as far in advance of the meeting as is possible.
